When will my order ship?
This shop ships orders roughly once every 2 weeks, so please allow up to 2 weeks for orders to be processed upon placing an order. Sometimes the next shipping date will be specified in the header at the top of the website.
How long will it take for my order to process?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for orders to be processed upon placing an order. Grouping orders allows me to bulk-ship them, making it possible for me as a small business to offer the most economical shipping options!
How long will it take for my order to arrive upon shipping?
Canada: 1~2 weeks*
United States: 1~2 weeks*
International: 2~8 weeks*
*these are only approximates and some packages may take longer to arrive than estimated. Clearing customs can also delay the shipping time.
Which countries do you ship to?
United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom.
Will I have to pay customs fees/VAT import fees?
It is the customer's responsibility to pay any customs fees or import taxes that may apply. All items are final sale and I will not provide refunds should shipments be rejected due to duties/tariffs.
I'm an American customer - will I have to pay duties?
This shop is based in Canada, and due to recent changes in the tax treaties between the US and Canada, duties may be applied when importing goods into the US. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any duty/tariff-related fees on orders.
All shipping to US is now DDP (duties pre-paid). However, blanket tariffs may still apply once you receive your order. All items are final sale and I will not provide refunds should shipments be rejected due to duties/tariffs.
*Prints, sticker sheets, and die-cut stickers fall under the CUSMA free-trade agreement and therefore should be duty-exempt.
When will I receive my tracking number?
You will receive your tracking number when you receive your shipping confirmation email.
What is your refund or exchange policy?
All items are final sale. That said, in the case products may arrive damaged, or if there is any error on my part, please send an e-mail with your name and order number at info@chrishongart.com and I will address the issue.
